Who is Blink Architecture?
Blink Architecture was founded by Neil Railton in 2014 with the vision to deliver added value for every client, and provide a completely personal and professional service. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and reputation.
With a home or residential property likely to be the most expensive commodity you will purchase in a lifetime, we want you to feel safe in the knowledge that we care about your project as much as you do. If you’re new to the process, we walk you through it step by step ensuring the decisions you make about an extension, loft conversion or new build project are the right ones.
For building developers, we are natural collaborators; transforming urban wastelands and unloved spaces, and maximising their potential. The value of good architecture and design is only part of the story – we have developed strong relationships with authorities to secure planning and permissions, and work as an integral part of the team from start to finish.
To benefit all clients, we have formed a number of strong relationships with local builders, tradesmen, developers and construction professionals to help provide the best service. We can help with any size and type of project from domestic internal alterations to large residential developments, and hold a £2 million professional indemnity insurance.
Neil Railton is the founder and principle at Blink Architecture. His architectural career began in 1999 in the public sector; working within a Local Authority to deliver a multitude of projects spanning a broad range of values and complexity.
He later specialised in accessibility adaptations working with disabled and elderly clients altering and extending their homes to improve the quality of their life. In 2008 Neil moved into the private sector of architecture working on residential, healthcare and commercial projects before forming Blink Architecture in 2014.
