Blink Architecture is a small, creative architectural design firm in Whitstable, Kent, specialising in innovative residential and commercial building designs, including extensions, home alterations, new builds, and housing developments. We really value close client collaboration to create designs tailored to modern living.
This permanent role is for 37.5 Hours per week, based from our office in Tankerton, Whitstable.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare drawings for planning (using Revit).
- Develop technical specifications and detailed information for tender and construction purposes (using Revit).
- Support senior staff with technical packages.
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors.
- Maintain a library of technical details and document templates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or similar, with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit LT and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Experience in residential and commercial development projects in the UK.
